Common questions

How do I know which tutoring program my child needs?

Start with a conversation about schoolwork, concerns and goals. A baseline assessment, held online, helps identify current strengths and the areas where focused support may be useful.

How do online lessons work?

Lessons are live and in real time, not pre-recorded. Students meet their tutor over video, work through problems on a shared digital whiteboard, and practice between sessions with materials chosen for their plan.

Do you offer one-on-one tutoring?

Yes. One-on-one online tutoring gives individual attention focused on the learner’s needs and goals. Small online group classes are also available.

How often should my child attend tutoring?

Frequency depends on starting skills, goals, school workload and any testing timeline. We discuss an appropriate plan with you after understanding the student’s needs.

How long does it take to see improvement?

Every learner’s starting point and goals are different. Consistent instruction and practice support development over time. Progress is reviewed so instruction can be adjusted; specific grades, scores or admissions outcomes are not guaranteed.
